There are a variety of reasons you have not received anything including:
• You may need to wait until your course completion has been approved.
• The email address, phone number or postal address on our records is not current. You may need to contact us if this needs to be updated.
• The email may have gone to your junk or spam email folders.
• Check that you have paid all your tuition fees and any other fees due - outstanding fees will prevent you from receiving documents.
Contact your Teaching Department to see if you have completed everything.
After you graduate, you can still access your My eQuals account and update your personal email address. If you’re a past student, or have not received a My eQuals registration link, please contact us.
